Eco Factor: Zero-emission bicycles.
With fuel prices touching new heights, it could be well imagined that we won’t be driving around in our fuel guzzling SUVs and the cruisers which we are so accustomed to. However, some designers have made sure that if not the regular Harley Davidson, you might end up on a bike that caters to your love for a cruiser without using a single drop of fuel. The Green Eye Candy and the Orange Tequila Sunrise are two such revolutionary ideas by Jason Battersby.
The bikes have won the “Best of Show” and “First in Class” in the Detroit Autorama. TDB states that these low-rider bicycles feature a trendy yet elegant design which could give motorcycles a run for their money. Both the designs are hand-made with lightweight parts that include aluminum and fiberglass.
