Toilet technology is fast becoming a major talking point in the scientist community with developers using the pot for a variety of purposes including letting you have access the net! Researchers have announced plans for a new device that can use the energy generated during flushing of the toilet as an alternative power source. The gadget will use hydroelectric power created during the flushing of the loo to power other home appliances.
