Humans are more directly victims of water pollution, compared to air and land. Water contamination lead to skin diseases and diseases and poisoning leading to thousands of deaths every year.



The residue found in the basins of water-treatment plants are burdening the environment with pollution and swelling landfills. To find a solution to this and to bank on to produce eco-friendly bricks with cheap raw-material supply, the VBC has made bricks from the residue found in the basins of water-treatment plants, along with clay.



Named Ecobrique, these eco-friendly bricks besides relieving the environment from the increasing water-treatment plants wastes, are also as strong as an ordinary brick, capable of withstanding the same conditions.
