If NewtechSpy is true to its words, then Ford is working on a hybrid hydraulic system for their popular f-150 series.
How it will work:
The hybrid system stores the excess energy in hydraulic cylinders; which in turn increases the vehicle’s fuel efficiency by almost 400%.
No kidding, this means a mileage of 60 miles per gallon! Almost like a Prius!
Ford F-150 Truck will give 60MPG in 2008
