The 2008 Peugeot Design Competition must have given a real tough time for those judging it. Our friends at Auto Motto have already shown us over 50 concept cars, so it seems that picking one from the pool would be close to impossible. Here is another concept car from the 2008 edition of the contest: the Peugeot Delta. The Delta draws its inspiration from the waves in the ocean. The design has a flowing feel to it which is further enhanced by the lighting in the car. Delta is a Peugeot that carries style with substance.

The Delta has a transparent roof that seems to be an extended windshield. This can either be transparent or opaque at the press of a button. The lighting system on the inside coupled with the neon lights give the hood a wavy design. The car interiors, though, are very impressive with rotating seats which make boarding easy and removable back seats for luggage. The car also has an LCD display on the dashboard to add a more modern feel to the entire experience.

The car derives its energy from two Hydrogen-Fuel Cell powered engines. While one is placed at the front, the other is in the back of the vehicle to give it balance and stability. Its aerodynamic styling, fiber glass body and gull-wing doors make it both efficient and attractive. Designed by Ben Eden, the Peugeot Delta is another remarkable concept design from the Peugeot Design Competition.

Wow wow wow. This car looks so awesome!!! Everything right from the transparent roof, neon lights, rotating seats, LCD display, fiber glass body and gull-wing doors is brilliant. Oh my god, how long do I have to live to see these drool worthy cars on Indian roads? I seriously hope I live long enough to see all this in person :P
Nice, you have stated all the best parts in this ride. And the quality and design are really cool. But I hope this would be gas and environment friendly too so it would be safe, money wise and thrifty to our tool box.
