Look out for a brand new, eco-friendly design of your loo! Recently, student designer of Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication, Ines Sanchez has been awarded with £3000. This prestigious award was supported by the major bathroom brand of Europe, Ideal Standard.
They are giving their active support to recycling dream in bathroom. The designers are making use of gray water or the water that comes out of the wash basin, to flush the toilet. This surely will keep your water tanks flooding for more than normal, not to mention that the gray water is directly moved into the flush cabinet for reuse preserving all other electrical equipment to pump water into it. These are really the designs straight from the future and I am looking forward to get a similar system installed in my bathroom to preserve water.

Basin water for the pot, Hi-tech recycling for the loo
Dear Asnhu.. nice writeup. Waat we are calling designs of the future.. were already used by Romans centuries ago. They were intelligent enough not to waste a single resource. Their bathing systems were for the community, designed in such a way that all the water wasted in bathing would go to clean the loo!!!
