Shaping ‘living trees’ into furniture and sculpture! That is what Richard Reames does using ancient grafting techniques along with a few basic tools. This branch of art is called Arborsculpture. Unlike Bonsai — the art of miniaturizing trees — the art helps to shape tree trunks, creating art and functional items through — bending, grafting, pruning, and multiple planting.
