People around the world are up and about to do something to leave their green footprint on the roads of our planet. One such jolly good fellow is John Weber. This man is more cheerful then most of us for a simple reason. He doesn’t bother to read about the mounting rates of gasoline and fuel. Hence he is never stressed about this monthly budget going haywire. Hey, but it isn’t that he doesn’t drive a car. He does get around in his solar powered four-wheeler. The car is one of only a handful of solar-powered cars in the Treasure Valley and can be charged using its solar panels, or by plugging it into a power source. And it’s not really his love for a green earth that drove him to solar powered car. Actually its being self-reliant that inspired him to do so. “I don’t like to be dependent on big global corporations to get my needs met, I like to get my needs met locally,” said Weber.
In fact this man, since he is single, is also intending to swap his 1988 Ford Festiva for a bicycle or a may be a bike when he’ll have a family.
