There is not just a great utility value to a solar panel, but if you look close enough there is some aesthetic beauty attached to that surface which would go beautifully both with the minimalist and the modern designs. If you happen to have a brightly lit interior or you want a table for your cup of tea in the garden or on the deck of your personal yacht, then look no further beyond the SOLo Lounge Table. The table is designed to fit perfectly in your present lounge and both the design and finish on it are impeccable. But why the SOLo when you have million others?

The simple reason why you might want to opt for SOLo is that it not only has the form to fill in that vacant space in your lounge, but it also is filled with functionality that allows you to charge your devices without having to plug them in. This innovative object uses Bluetooth technology to collect, distribute and exhibit information on both the tabletop LCD display screen and wirelessly between computers and the internet. The SOLo also features recharging connectivity for many electronic devices such as laptops and portable media devices.

Using silicon cells embedded in its glass surface, the SOLo Lounge Table collects and converts solar energy to clean and efficient electricity. It’s USB, lighter, and standard 3 prong outlets can be used to power your personal electronic devices. In a typical outdoor setting, the SOLo can harness over 17 kilowatts of solar energy every year. That energy is sufficient to charge up your cell for nearly 300 times and your laptop for almost 200 cycles. The table is a simple and subtle way to make sure that you avoid using that energy produced from burning tons of fossil fuel. It is another simple, sophisticated and yet subtle use of solar energy which is only going to grow in the years to come.

Very nice concept. The design looks sleek and really cool as well. When you combine all that with the solar panel for its energy consumptions it becomes a killer combo gadget to have that may act up as handy furniture. It would have been a bit more helpful if the price was mentioned along with where to place orders for it.
Cool thing but less than the size of a bed. But who needs a full sized bed in the table serves the purpose. :-)
The second pic is a distraction. Can’t make out whether it is showcasing the table or the couple in amorous mood.

The thing is that there is no information of the price on the site yet. So do contact them and place the order at the above link
Yes, the pictures are a bit distracting, but that I suppose is common these days with products. You can interpret that as us telling you that you can charge up a lot more than gadgets with the table... in a subtle way of course :)
