This innovative car designed by Elle Kalm is surely the most aerodynamic car I have seen in recent times. This teardrop-shaped car design which was published in August 2007 is his Master’s thesis on the design of an aerodynamic green car.
Elle Kalm being a product of two schools (Luleå University in Sweden and Tsui Design and Research, California) the thesis’ goal was to design an very aerodynamic vehicle that would be powered by batteries, of course keeping in mind Eugene Tsui’s design.
Do you know architect, Eugene Tsui has been called, the seminal architect of the 21st century? Tsui is an architect not only draws inspiration from nature, but also attempts to incorporate natural methods into his design, something he calls Evolutionary Architecture.
Though Elle Kalm’s thesis does not feature too many details about the car design, it will give you a fair understanding of what the future of car designs is going to be.
