We have been going on and on about the LEDs in the past few weeks and for the right reasons too. There are plenty of green technologies out there that are wonderful for the planet, but not too appealing to the general public. But the magic lights called LEDs instantly connect with people and make sure that they are a big hit. The LEDs seem to have some amazing magic in them and they seem to connect just like that with anyone who looks at them. It is like a star in the making; you look at him and can’t put your finger on one thing and end up saying that he just has the ‘it’ factor. In the green world, LEDs are the upcoming stars who have the ‘it’ factor.
Here is another firm that not just preaches you to use LEDs, but goes all out to proclaim that they love LEDs. ‘We Love LEDs’ offer an entire range of products that are lamps made only using the LEDs. The firm it seems is covered in LED technology and rightly believes that they hold the key to the future. They suggest the use of LEDs for purposes that require not too high lighting. While most are not as bright as traditional bulbs, they’re great for reading or other places where you don’t need to light up a whole room. Some prime locations for our LED bulbs: reading lamps, garages, accent lighting, porches or any light that you leave on all night.
It also offers the Luxetera, a 5 Watt bulb that generates 400 lumens of light. At 80 lumens/watt, it is 8 times more efficient than your old incandescent, 2 times more efficient than CFLs and bright enough to replace it in most applications. That does not really surprise anyone at all as it is something expected of a perfectly good LED. It is nice that the green technology in lighting is taking a commercial shape pretty quickly. There are plenty of green features that take ages to get to the market, but with LEDs it is a whole different world.

Those bulbs look pretty sweeet!
I checked out their site, and they have a cool color changing and remote controlled LED light too...
it looks soo cool in the video. Can you imagine lighting up an entire dancefloor with those?!?
ps-I think you mean 80 lumens/watt though...
LED emits very bright light yet at the same time consumes less energy, m sure future of green technology gonna be LED!
Yes, Pooja they are the technology not of the future but for now. That is why they are so cool, Generally lab technology takes ages to translate to ground reality, but in the case of LEDs all that has changed. It is a sheer credit to the bright and the best.
Jens, it is 80 lumens/watt... That was a typo. it stands corrected
We have our ceiling lights thats similar on the fifth picture shown above and its a very beautiful light, adds class to your home.
