Paper co. may produce fuel by burning used tyres. How ecofriendly would it be?

The International Paper Co.'s plans to burn used tyres as fuel used to produce paper. It would be allowed to burn tyres for two weeks once approved by the federal Environmental Protection Agency. Readings were taken on the stack emissions. Preliminary.
